Candidates need to pass any of the national-level Management entrance exam for admission to MBA programme. The university accepts MAT/ XAT/ CAT/ GRE/ KMAT/ GMAT for admission to MBA course. Besides, aspirants must also complete graduation with at least 50% aggregate to apply for MBA. Those appearing for final year examinations of bachelor’s degree may also apply, subject to the completion of their examinations and viva-voce.

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham Amritapuri admissions are both merit and entrance-based. The university shortlists candidates either based on entrance exam or personal interview/ merit. For Amrita Vishwa Amritapuri campus, admission is based on NEET, JEE Main, AEEE, CAT, MAT, XAT, etc. for admission to BAMS, BTech, MBA and other courses. For all other courses, admission is based on merit or a personal interview round.
