Most of the professional journalism courses can only be pursued after completing 12th standard. There are some institutes which offer Diploma courses after 10th but such courses are not very useful when it comes to finding a job using them!
It is better to complete 12th and then pursue a good (and recognised) journalism course
In India, there are 2 main formats in which journalism courses are available. Bachelors Degree courses
Diploma courses.

The salary of a producer working in office, and that of a reporter are different. There is no specific scale, but the size of the organisation does matter. I worked with ABP News. It was a great place to learn the basics of TV News Production, but the salary was not at par with the workload. Thus, things may differ. But there are newspapers and local channels that offer something as low as 5K/month, but mostly this is the figure in cities like Bhopal, Indore, Bareilly. T

To become an anchor, you should complete your graduation first. Although, that was not compulsory in the early times, however today a good education qualification is must. Most importantly, you need to personally mold yourself into a personality perfect for an anchor. You should be updated with current affairs, general knowledge. Confidence and alertness are key to become a good anchor. Thus, I would suggest you to complete graduation in courses that would help you in these areas, such as Bachelors in Mass Media or Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication. Also, you can do Diploma courses in anchoring or other certified courses i

If you have a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media or Communication, it would be helpful and the institute can train you with practical knowledge. So, doing both will be helpful and at the same time, your job will be secured.
