The answer is both yes and no. It is possible to get admission at IIT Tirupati without GATE, but in other courses than MTech. A student can enter into IIT Tirupati via JEE Advanced or IIT JAM (Joint Admission Test) for BTech and MSc. So, if the dream is just to enter into IITs, there are various courses one can pursue except for MTech. However, admission to IIT Tirupati for the M.Tech programme is subject to a valid GATE score followed by COAP Counselling. With 244 marks in NEET, it is unlikely that you will get a government seat for BAMS in SBSS Krishna College. The cutoff generally varies from 420-440 marks for government college. For private colleges, it is 300-320 . However, you can try for private or deemed colleges for BAMS as you have high chances for it.I hope this helps.
