IIT Tirupati offers a two-year M.Tech programme across various specialisations. Admission to this programme is subject to a valid GATE score followed by COAP Counselling. The specialisations available under MTech include Civil & Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering and Electrical Engineering. These specialisations are also offered across multiple sub-specialisations under these streams. IIT Graduates and GATE qualified candidates can apply for any of the MTech specialisations.

The total tuition fee for BTech at IIT Tirupati is INR 8 lakh. This information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change.
