Based on previous year's admission data, it is unlikely that you will be able to get a seat in the CSE branch at VIT Andhra Pradesh with a rank of 1,17,588 in VITEEE. However, you may have a chance of getting admission in other branches such as Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc. It also depends on the number of seats available and the number of candidates applying for each branch.
