You mentioned that you belong to EWS Quota and are interested in pursuing CSE from Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women, Bhimavaram. Based on your rank, it is less likely for you to get admission to CSE at SVECW as your performance is not up to the par. In 2022, Andhra Pradesh EAMCET Cutoff Rank prescribed for admission to B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering in SVECW was 2224 (for general candidates) and around 8398 (for EWS reservation). So, you need to call the University directly for seat is available or not.

The rank required to get admission into Andhra University through APLAWCET may vary depending on various factors such as the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, and the number of seats available for the course. However, in general, a rank within the top 500-600 is considered safe to secure admission into Andhra University for LL.B. Courses through APLAWCET. It's important to note that the admission cutoffs can vary each year, so it's best to check the official website of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education for the latest updates and cutoff ranks.

One must have completed graduation with B.Sc in any of the following- zoology, botany, chemistry, biology, genetics, biochemistry, biotechnology and microbiology. As you have done B.Sc in genetics, you need not to worry, you are already eligible for that. However, I am not sure about the percentage of graduation it requires. I think that probably it would be 55%.
