Last year cut off rank for SPA Delhi was around 67 (general category), SPA Bhopal was around 341 (general category, P

It is a good course to do. It is niche specializations but have demand in future and present specially in government jobs. You can explore about -
- Central Institute of Fisheries Education (CIFE), Kakinada
- College of Fishery Science : Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Nellore
One can appear in ICAR entrance exams for B. f. s. c. Also it would give you more choices of colleges in agriculture and fisheries.

Actually in government colleges there's no particular amount of fee.you people will allot a seat in government college through counseling.it is based on merit.only books fee you are going to pay thats it

The minimum qualifying marks for Andhra Pradesh PGECET based on the score is 25%. However, for SC/ST category candidates, there is no minimum cut off. Rank cut off vary for courses. For e. g closing rank for engineering is around 28053.
