Let me tell you first that each year the cut off can change due to several factors like:
Seat Capacity
Number of students appeared
Difficulty level of exam etc. Well, as per last year cut off details, you have less chances to get SVU Tirupati in ECE domain, last year cut off in ECE was: 6210 in this college. You can get Chemical Engineering in this college. Cut off was: 29152.

I believe that you are referring to the Government College for Women, Guntur. This is one of the oldest autonomous colleges in Guntur and was established in 1942.
1. Courses: The college offers admission to B.A. In six specializations, B.Com in four specializations, B.Sc. In 22 specializations, and BBA in two specializations. It also offers postgraduate courses in M.A. And M.Sc.
2. Fee: The annual fee is nominal for most courses. It is around Rs. 8,000 for the B.Sc. And B.Com courses and just around Rs. 6,000 for the B.A. Course.
3. Admission: The admissions to this college are on the basis of merit in all courses. Every year, around M
