1. You must have a java software development kit on your system.
2. Download the official Android Software development kit from the Android developer's site.
3. download all necessary tools Intel haxm if you using x86 bit windows and android build tools.
4. Apps can be developed by many languages by integrating other ndk means Native development kit so you can use other languages to develop.
