To apply for a B.Sc. in Anesthesia Technology course, you can visit the college and fill out the application form, or you can apply online and provide academic and other supporting documents. Admission is based on the merit of your 10+2 or entrance exam scores. Some top colleges in India conduct their own entrance exam, or a combined entrance exam such as NEET, AIIMS, or AICET. After clearing the entrance exam, candidates will be called for counseling for the further allotment of college and seats.

The Manipal Academy of Higher Education offers a B.Sc. in Respiratory Therapy, but it does not offer a B.Sc. in Anesthesia Technology. However, the institution does offer an M.Sc. in Respiratory Therapy, which includes specializations in Adult Respiratory Care and Neonatal & Paediatric Respiratory Care. The eligibility criteria for this program include a B.Sc. in Respiratory Therapy or an equivalent degree. Hence a B.Sc. anesthesia technology student will not be directly eligible to apply for the M.Sc. Respiratory Therapy program at Manipal Academy of Higher Education.

Their journey typically involves first obtaining an MD or MBS degree, followed by additional specialised training in anesthesiology residency programs.
