Viresh, If you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. A good mentor and wise selection of courses with a good school, followed by diligent learning, would get you a head start in your career. However, you must check your suitability for this field. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in animation design, game design, graphics, storyboarding, 3d modelling, texturing and lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation (2D and 3D). However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in

Rashmi, If your son's creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. However, at this age i'd start with a good sketching school or diligent self learning (self learning is more costly since you need live models to do this study). Very few sketching schools do good Life Art training, so you have to really hunt for that. That's good. I would like to advise you not to worry about what the qualification is going to be. Just find the best place to learn and join. I could tell you that ABC is one of the best and go read online about it. I could tell you to search the youtube for 'best animation faculty' or 'best animation institute'. However these are only some of the methods of shortlisting. There is no such authentic one list of institutes that i can give you. All institute branches have same curriculum, like all states in India follow the same constitution. By same comparison all state progress differently and after a certain time the gap becomes huge.
