You can go for any stream in 11th & 12th. You can still choose animation afterwards. But since you have an aptitude for animation, I would suggest entering the arts stream since it helps to hone your creativity. Also the art subjects can inspire you to become better in the field of animation and graphics. The topics therein will give an insight into the works of some major artists in the past and you would gain ample exposure into the world of art. Regards.
