Hello I am Varsha I am pursuing B.Sc. Animation course from Quantum University which is situated in Roorkee Uttarakhand. Animation & VFX is a three years full time undergraduate programme. The eligibility criteria for doing this course is you must have 50% in your class 12. And the very best part of this university is that they provide interdisciplinary programme in which student can opt for the second course. Like with B.Sc. Animation and VFX course I am also studying photography as a minor subject. Other is they conduct online q care entrance cum Scholarship Exam in which student can get a second chance to gain more scholarship. The placement record was 90% as I asked from my seniors about placements many companies visit every year. The scope of doing this course you will be getting job in many companies like MPC, Prime Focus, Pixer, Dream Works etc. Also there is one separate department called DEPRO (Department of External Programs ) which handles placements only. Many students got internship also. If you want to take admission in Quantum university you will Definitely going to have great Future Ahead.

And the very best part of this university is that they provide interdisciplinary programme in which student can opt for the second course. Like with B.Sc. Animation and VFX course I am also studying photography as a minor subject. Other is they conduct online q care entrance cum Scholarship Exam in which student can get a second chance to gain more scholarship. Dear Sravan, As far as I know. To get admission to the B.Sc. In Animation or Multimedia programme at LPU, you should have passed with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English or equivalent. Moreover, you have to either qualify for the LPU NEST or UCEED exam. My friend dud master in multimedia from a lovely professional university

It also provides two degrees in post-graduation
M. Design ( Multimedia)- 2 years ( if you have done graduation in animation)
M.Sc multimedia)- 2 years ( if you have done graduation in any field like B.Tech, B.Com etc. )
First of all, There is separate Department Called Multimedia which comes under the school of design III. This Department has well-equipped labs with high-end workstations and it has gaming studios also where students can play and test the games on play station, PC and x box platforms. Multimedia students of LPU have campus placements in companies like Amazon ( as 3d Artist), Rockstar Games, Kony India, xentrix studio, Dq entertainment, Prime focus, Green gold animation, and so on with maximum packages of 8 Lacs per annum and average packages are 5 Lacs per annum. After b. design in multimedia and graphics and even Masters degrees also. Faculty members are well experienced and specialised and everyone from the industry has More than 8 to 10 years of experience in their respective field. Everyone is so helpful and good mentors. The reality is LPU is always given a platform of placement to students even they give soft skills and personality development classes also so students of the creative field also do well in presentations of their work and designs. I got campus placement in prime focus but I did freelancing of Motion graphics from there I opened my venture. I hope this helps
