Many Indian animation studios & production houses are packed with work be it outsourced from abroad or in-house projects for the market in India. Hence, the Indian animation industry is certainly facing a talent crunch.

Animation & VFX is a 3- year full-time undergraduate course in the discipline of Animation and Multimedia. The minimum eligibility for admission to the course is the successful completion of the 10+2 level of education from a recognized educational Board.

Yes, Animation & Motion Graphics is one of the specializations that UID offers in UG course.
and Film Studio is also one of the specializations that the United world School of Liberal Arts and Mass Communication (USLM) offers, which is a constituent college under Karnavati University.

Students who have passed 10+2 board examination (any stream- Science, Commerce or Arts) are eligible to pursue this course. Minimum marks criteria may exist in the case of some institutes (usually around 50% aggregate marks). Many institutes accept Diploma in Animation holders.
