The Bank loan shall not depend on whether you passed it in 2 attempts. You are class 10th passed, that's what is going to matter more. Please find out whether the Institution you have chosen for VFX is acknowledged by the bank for educational loan schemes.

You can check the course on Udemy. Photo courses are good enough. But, how can you learn the art of photo without practicing? There are plenty of online photography courses out there. By courses, I presume either a certificate of completion or Diploma can be earned after completion. And, there are most likely not free, otherwise the content is likely lacking.
