As you belong to OC category, it is difficult to get the course you wish. But you can get admission into any of the under Anna University with this score. It is difficult to get a seat at the main campus of Anna University.

Yes, you can apply. You need to enrol for a single window counseling program through which you will be allotted seats based on your board exam marks.
As you have a good score, you have high chances to get a seat.

Yes, you can get admission into PSG via the single window counseling under Anna University. For that, you need to have a good cut off marks. All the best.

The admission is not based on the overall scores, but it is based on the cutoff scores in PCM out of 200. As the above mentioned courses are highly demanded, you need to have a cut off of more than 195 out of 200.

There is separate admission procedure for students from states other than Tamil Nadu (Tamil Nadu).
