Anna University offers degree courses to students at undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG) and doctorate Ph.D. levels. The courses offered are in the streams including Engineering, Science, Business & Management Studies, IT & Software, and Architecture & Planning.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria for UG & PG Courses
Candidates who have cleared Class XII or its equivalent from a recognized board fulfill Anna University eligibility criteria for UG courses. The admission is based on your board exam marks and the PCM average out of 200. As there are reservations based on the caste, if you belong to the general category, you may need to have an average of at least 197/200, for BC 195/200, SC 192/200 and ST 190/200. Anna University is one of the reputed institutions in India for engineering. ECE is one of demanded courses at Anna University for its faculty, infrastructure, education and placements. So, you can opt for it if you get a seat.

Unfortunately, every state is restricting admissions to only domiciles of that state. So is Tamil Nadu. Hence, I feel you have almost no chance of getting admission here. However, I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about eligibility.
