It is known for old and architectural infrastructure faculty with great experience and knowledge facilities provided by it like sports complex, Wi-Fi and labs are well equipped by the instruments and machines.

The college happens to offer the best of the placement in Southern India because of the fact that the acceptance rate of students in the college is really low because of which the college has only good quality students which are able to get through big package offers given by the companies.

First of all I should let you know that it is totally unpredictable whether the foreign companies would like you to work abroad. It totally depends on the companies according to there needs in certain region,projects of companies going on in foreign countries,etc.

No it is not possible. As you have completed 2 years of B.Tech In Mumbai university, there are no provisions for getting into any of the colleges for the 3rd year of B.Tech.
But, you can get into Anna University for post-graduate studies by clearing TANCET exam.
