I think you can get computer science engineering course at the MIT campus of Anna University easily as with this rank you will be called in the first day of counselling (prediction only). So, you can get a good course at MIT mostly CSE is possible.

Anything which can be related to your interest can be chosen if you are looking for engineering background you can choose mechanical or computer science or information technology.

Still, there is no official information regarding the date of counselling. It will be post the NEET counselling which is scheduled on July 17.
