Hello Aswath,
You have a good cut-off so that you have medium chances of getting PSG Tech and low chances of getting Anna University CEG Campus. So you may try during the counselling. You can probably get the counselling on the first day with this cut-off.
For previous year's cut-off marks refer:
www.cutoff.tnea.ac.in
If you belong to BC category or MBC then surely you can get as the above-mentioned conditions are for general category.

Hello Abhishek,
As per NIRF rankings 2017, Anna University has been ranked in the 6th or 7th position and after the top IITs like Bombay, madras etc. means after some IITs (top ones) Anna University is the better option.
It is a state government college so that it offers a lower fee and a better education with good placements. You need to have a good aggregate out of 200 in PCM like 197/200.

Hi,
SRM University and Anna University are highly reputed institutions in India but the fee structure at SRM University is really high as compared to Anna University.
If you can afford it then go for SRM but Anna University is better than SRM University.
