Anna University will conduct the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) 2017 for admission to degree level courses offered at various engineering institutes of the State. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in class XII board or equivalent examination. Admissions in TN are governed by eligibility rules link for which I am attaching. Robotics is a challenging field. Aerospace has perhaps limited job opportunities in India.

Yes, you can get admission. Go to the official website to check the admission criteria for lateral entry. They have some criteria based on percentage obtained in Diploma.

Hello Mandar,
I don't think Anna University is accepting JEE Mains score for admitting students. Hence, score in this exam will not help you. You will have to appear their CET for admissions.
