Yes, Anna University offers a two-year full-time MBA course at the postgraduate level. The University offers admission to this course on the basis of candidates' performance in the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET). The final selection is based on the student's performance in the counselling process. TANCET is a state-level entrance test conducted by Anna University to provide admission to various PG courses, including MTech, MArch, MPlan, ME, MBA and MCA.

For Anna University MBA admission it is mandatory for students to have a bachelor's degree with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Apart from the minimum eligibility requirement, it is also necessary to have a valid Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) score. Anna University conducted the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) 2023 exam in the month of February. Based on TANCET scores, Anna University will release a merit list of selected students to appear for the counselling process as a final selection process for Anna University MBA admission.
