No, 12th scores are not the only criteria for admission into Architecture. NATA 2019 exam score/ JEE mains paper 2 scores along with 12th score is considered for admission into Architecture.

There are plenty of colleges offering biomedical engineering in Tamil Nadu under Anna University. Tamil Nadu has almost third largest intake of engineering colleges in whole of India. You have indeed scored very handsomely in your 12th examination. If one looks at only these marks then I am sure you will definitely get admission in one of the engineering colleges in Tamilnadu Through Anna University. However there are some other criterias for admissions also.
