The online registration of TNEA 2019 will start tentatively in the 1st week of May 2019 for admission to undergraduate engineering and technology courses at some 563 participating institutes. I would say, for fresher the highest pay package you can get is INR. 20 Lacs - INR. 25 Lacs per annum. But, it depends upon organization. Majority of fresher end up on average package or INR. 34.5 LPA. And, that high salary normally only valid for IITs. Even, NIT end up with maximum INR. 7.89 LPA package. The salary packages were from INR. 2.8 Lacs per. The chemical engineering got placed in many of the renowned companies in Anna University. Anna University Students of chemical engineering got placed in many of the renowned companies.

Anna University will prepare the cutoff of TANCET 2019 after the declaration of result to admit candidates in M.Tech programmes. Candidates who have appeared in TANCET entrance examination will be offered admission based on rank secured in merit list prepared by admission authority.
TANCET 2019 cutoff is the minimum marks required by candidate in order to eligible for admission process. Hello Devi,
For MBA in Anna University distance education you need to appear DEET Distance education entrance test conducted by CDE Anna University itself and entrance examination is already over on 24.02.19 not TANCET required. For Madras University, you need clear entrance examination.

The admission is not based on he overall scores but it is based on the cut off marks out of 200 in PCM. If you have this cut off score above 195, then you can get IT in Anna University.

NIT TRICHY is better than ANNA UNIVERSITY.
I would say both are very good in their own rights. CEG takes in a lot of candidates mainly based on TN state board marks. So the quality may be a little less than students at NITT where students are taken in through JEE performance. Still you can see CEG and NITT ranked amongst the top engineering colleges in India. Considering some factors:
