Yes, Excel group of institutions give admissions based on the criteria adopted by Anna University. They have placements cell to help students get placed after completing their graduation. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information.

You have a good cut off score and so you can get chemical engineering at ACT campus. Since the competition is too high, it is right now difficult to predict your chances. Try it at the counseling.

You need to enroll for a counseling program called TNEA through which you can get admission based on your PCM aggregate for TN, TN native and other state candidates. For NRI and foreign nationals, there is a different procedure and so you may contact the admin of Anna University.
