It provides Diploma or Masters degree in dermatology and you can also practice medical cosmetology here. After completing MBBS, the aspirants may avail a training/certification programme in order to become a specialist or a trainer. With a degree in general cosmetology, you can work in a salon or a spa.

Non-medical cosmetology does not require any professional degree. They only require an age limit of not less than 16 years. They can pursue short-term Diploma & certificate courses from any cosmetology school to get licensed. You can pursue these courses after 10th or after 12th.

No. Since doing M.Sc has no relevance with any Doctorate degree, you cannot be addressed as "Doctor". In India, only a person who has completed any doctoral academic, is given the Salutation of a "Doctor" when awarded with a PhD.

You said you have completed 12th. So, you need to get bachelor. After that, you can can do Masters.
Or an another way is to find that college offering integrated MSc courses with respect to your dream subject.
