Yes, you can take up BA in Anthropology after 12th. The eligibility is just 10+2 from any stream so any student passing 12 can take up B.A. In Anthropology. The duration of this degree course is three years and is covered under 6 seems. Some of the entrance exams conducted for admission to B.A. Anthropology course are
AUCET (Andhra University Admission Test), Andhra Pradesh
UET (Lucknow University Entrance Test), UP
Viva-Bharti University Entrance Test, KOLKATA
DUET (Dibrugarh University Entrance Test), Assam.

That's totally up to your personal preference. There no major difference in between them when it comes to job scope and other relevant things. But, choose a good college to study either of them.

Yes after completing graduation in anthropology honors you can apply for Masters fir visual communication you just have to score more then 50-55% in your graduation so that you eligible for entrance exams of your Masters course.

After passing an M.Sc (Anthropology) - Two Years Duration Course - Your University may try to provide you Placement Assistance and not Assurance. But, you can try yourself, in various Government Sectors.

There is good scope of anthropology. You can get good job with high package after M.Sc in anthropology. You can take admission in M.Sc Anthropology.
