You can further go for higher studies. One has the option to making it to organizations such as WHO, UNESCO and UNICEF. Sectors such as art galleries, curators, publishing houses, NGOs, archives, museums, libraries, etc. Are also options where one can think of start working.

Hei,
After qualifying in MA anthropology, you can be an assistant professor or can get Junior Research Fellowship as a researcher.
You will have to appear in NET (National Eligibility Test) to get these opportunities.
NET Exam is for those aspirants who wish to become a lecturer or want to get junior research fellowship.
National Testing Agency will conduct the NET Exam in December 2018.
So, be updated with the latest notification regarding the exam.
I hope it helps!

Hello Teesta,
Yes, indeed. Pune University offers this course both to domiciles and non-domiciles of Maharashtra. It's a two-year course and graduation of any discipline is the criteria. This department came into existence in 1963 and has many accolades to its credit. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information.

Hello Mubashira,
It's not a routine subject but very interesting nonetheless. It's actually a study of homo-sapiens. There is enough potential for the students. Teaching, research, HR, etc. Of course, a number of jobs are not very many but then not very many students pass out. So, it matches. But I would advise you to select this subject only if you like this subject.

If you ethically & sincerely complete a course, correspondence / regular doesn't matter. It all depends on what the course curriculum is and what you have learnt. Different employers have a different take on correspondence courses. Unfortunately, to the best of my knowledge, correspondence course degree / Diploma holders are given a pass. If you are good, you can always challenge the employer.
