For management quota seats there is no counseling. One needs to contact the administration of concerned colleges to know the details and the procedure. Best wishes to you.

That also depends on your category. For example, if you belong to OC you can't get a medium-level college also because of the CSE branch. And if you belong to BC you can get some medium colleges.
