The Andhra Pradesh EAMCET exam is conducted in three languages: English, Telugu, and Urdu. Candidates opting to write in Urdu can only take the exam at designated centers in Kurnool. This multilingual option ensures accessibility for students from different linguistic backgrounds in Andhra Pradesh.

In Andhra Pradesh EAMCET, each correct answer is awarded one mark. Therefore, it is important for candidates to answer the questions to the best of their ability The final score of a candidate is calculated based on the total number of correct answers, as there is no partial marking or credit given for partially correct responses.
