Sorry to say this, you cannot grab a government seat with your rank. You can join any other private college. If your rank is below 1000 or 1500 there is a bit of chance of getting into government college. All the best for your future.

Hello Rajendra, if I may say so you are ranking at about 28000 is reasonably good. But this ranking may not be good enough for seeking admission for getting admission for the branch of CSE. This is so sense almost every student gives this branch are the first choice and as a result the cutoffs in this branch across all the colleges are very very stiff. However the case of CSE branch is a little different. Almost every student gives this branch as the 1st choice and other result cut off in this branch across all the colleges are very stiff.
