The Andhra Pradesh EAMCET syllabus covers the same topics as the JEE Main syllabus. However, there might be some minor differences in the weightage of topics and the level of difficulty of questions. Nonetheless, if you are preparing for both exams, it is advisable to thoroughly study the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET syllabus as it will cover most of the JEE Main syllabus as well.
