It is bit difficult to get a seat with this rank in any government veterinary college. A rank of 1700 - 1800 will assure you a seat for BVSc in General merit and with a 94% in PCB , a score of 140+ is safe to get admission into BVSc . Despite of it you can go for some private colleges of Karnataka . Some of the private colleges with their fees are mentioned below:
1. Karnataka veterinary animal and fisheries sciences, Bidar Karnataka : fee structure of 5.71 lakhs per year for B.V.Sc.
2. veterinary college, Shimoga Karnataka : fee structure of 22k per year.
3. veterinary college, Vidyanagar Hassan Karnataka : fee structure of 24.5 k per ye

As of my knowledge cutoff of September 2021, the JNTU Kakinada has not yet released the dates for the Andhra Pradesh EAPCET 2023 counselling. The exact schedule and dates for the counselling process are usually announced by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) after the declaration of the EAPCET results. No, you cannot attend the Certificate verification process before or after your allotted date. The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has a fixed schedule for the Certificate verification process, and candidates have to attend the process on their respective dates. If a candidate fails to attend the Certificate verification process on their allotted date, their seat may be forfeited, and they may not be eligible for further rounds of counselling. Candidate can know the seating details post Bar Code scanning and date verification in Hall Ticket at the exam centre. The support staff will also be available to guide students to their respective computer labs/exam halls. The candidates are advised to reach the exam centre an hour before the exam to avoid last minute confusion.
