In general, the institute reporting process for Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling is conducted for three to four days for each round. Candidates will have to check the important dates carefully and report to the institutes within the deadline. In certain cases, the last date of reporting to institutes is extended.

Yes, after the declaration of the Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling seat allotment result, candidates will be given the option to upgrade the seat choice. Based on that, the counselling authorities will upgrade the seats depending on the choices entered by candidates, in case the desired seat is vacant after the institute reporting process is concluded. However, candidates must note that in case they accept a seat by reporting to the allotted institute, they will not be eligible to participate in the next round of Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling.

Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), or the counselling authority of the Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling releases the seat matrix for before each round. Candidates have to fill and submit choices of MBBS and BDS seats based on the seat matrix of Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling for that particular round.

Yes, it is mandatory to carry the original documents at the institute reporting process of the Andhra Pradesh NEET UG counselling process. Although candidates can carry the photocopies as a backup, but during document verification, they will have to present the original documents.

The late registration fee for the Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling will vary for different candidate categories. The following table brings the category-wise Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling registration fee. CategoryFee (in INR)General/OBC22,950SC/ST22,360The late fee amount is INR 20,000 which has to be paid along with the category-wise registration fee. NTA revised the NEET 2024 cutoff along with the re-revised result declared on July 26, 2024. Although the cutoff was reduced by two marks for each category, the NEET 2024 cutoff score is higher than last year. Yes, there is reservation for SC, ST and OBC category candidates for the Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling process. The reservation percentage is 15 per cent and six per cent for the SC and ST categories respectively. The Backward Classes are segragated into five sub-categories and the reservation percentage ranges from one per cent to seven per cent. Apart from these categories, there are reservations for Army, NCC, PWD, Police Martyr's Children, female candidates and EWS. Eligible candidates willing to participate in the Andhra Pradesh NEET UG counselling process have to fill and lock the choice of seats based on the seat matrix. If a candidate fulfills the cutoff or admission criteria of the institute of their choice, they will be allotted the seats. The factors which are considered for the seat allotment are cutoff and availability of seats.

The Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling process is conducted for admission to MBBS and BDS programmes. Based on last year's seat matrix, there were 5,335 MBBS and 1,440 BDS seats. The number of seats for each course may vary this year. The actual number will be provided through the seat matrix.
