If you have certificate of your income which is less than INR 2 Lacs, may be then you can get aid from college or government for fees. Otherwise, no concession is there. Good luck.

August, 2019. APICET counselling for MBA/MCA admission in the university affiliated colleges in Andhra Pradesh was earlier scheduled in July. The APICET rank cards have been released following the declaration of Andhra Pradesh ICET Result 2019 for the candidates who have qualified in the exam.
