Food quality at the hostel mess of Apollo Engineering College is mixed. According to many students who visit the mess, the food is quite satisfactory, prepared on a regular basis, with vegetarians and non-vegetarians both having options. Milk and fruits are available during night hours. However, occasionally complaints are raised against the mess for the repetition in food and not always of quality standards. Otherwise, hygiene standards are generally maintained, say most of the students. Overall, even though not exceptional, the food proves to meet minimal student requirements.
