Apparel / Fashion Designing: It deals with the creative field in which trendy and appealing apparels or accessories are designed. More to do with styling / designing / sketching / Graphics / CAD etc.

Hi,
You can do Diploma in Fashion Designing or even as in you have done B.Sc, so you can even pursue M.Sc. In fashion designing which is a two-year course.

Hi Jagan,
As per the eligibility criteria mentioned on their website, you are eligible as it says you need to be a graduate from a recognized university. Since it doesn't mention the discipline of graduation, I assume you can apply for the course. Yet, it will be a good idea if you contact the institute directly for a clear information.
