Department of Basic and Applied Sciences, MGM University has various clubs and societies. Students are free to participate in these clubs and societies. The college also arranges various events and seminars for students. The entry and exit in these clubs is totally free and the university does not charge for the same. MGM SBAS students can also take part in the inter-college competitions.

The total tuition fee for BTech is INR 60,000 annually. The fee excludes a one-time fee such as application form fee of INR 1,500, UMIS and Student Insurance fee of INR 3,000, the eligibility fee of INR 5000, and others. Aspirants are required to pay the one-time fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats.
