No, candidates cannot join APS College of Engineering without an entrance exam.  The university offers courses, such as MBA, BE etc., at the UG and PG level. The university also accepts national-level entrance exams like GATE, COMEDK UGET, KCET etc. for various courses such as BE and MTech.
