B.Arch Interior Design: Eligibility Criteria
Students who wish to pursue B.Arch Interior Design courses must meet up with the following eligibility criteria. The minimum marks required in the 10+2 may vary from college to college. Aspiring students should have qualified 10+2 or equivalent examination. To pursue architecture, you should have completed your 12th examination with Math-Science with a minimum of 75%. You can either appear for JEE Paper-2 or NATA based on the admission criteria of your preferred college.

No, you can't because the cut-off for Mains is 75 percent in 12th class. It doesn't matter how many marks in JEE marks you have, you should have 75 percent in 12th.
