Council of Architecture regulations states that only candidates who have the following credentials shall be eligible for admission to B.Arch course.
I. Qualified through the recognised aptitude test in Architecture NATA or equivalent)
ii. Have gone through any of the following curriculum with marks as prescribed below:
(a) Secured 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level

With 95% JEE Mains paper 2 marks, 68% in class 12th exams, 75/200 marks in NATA 2019 exams and with ST Category quota, you can surely get admission in Architecture course. You must pass the entrance tests conducted by the respective institutions or the common entrance test conducted to pursue B.Arch i.e. NATA National Aptitude Test in Architecture. I. Student must have scored minimum 50% aggregate marks in board examination from a recognized education board. The minimum score range may vary from one institution to other. Ii. The age must be below 21 years. Iii. The admission process is mostly based on the score from the entrance test. The merit based admission is granted for deserving students. The Architecture career is now made available for the students who had taken Arts as there in +2.

With 86% in your class 12th, you may need a score of around 150-165/200 marks in NATA 2019 exams to secure admission in Sir JJ College of Architecture. Good Luck.

To take up architecture course a candidate needs to qualify in NATA or JEE Mains Paper 2 exam. Candidates from the following background can take up NATA or JEE Mains Paper 2 exam:
Passed 10+2 scheme of examination with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level examination; (those appearing the 10+2 exam with PCM subjects in the current year may also provisionally appear in the exam, however, their result in NATA will be declared valid subject to fulfilling the above criteria).

Yes, with 90/200 marks in NATA exams 2019 and 95% in 12th you can get admission in Sri Venkateshwara College Of Architecture.

You may have to score 145-155/200 marks in NATA 2019 exams with 75.7% in 12th to secure admission under OBC category in Sir JJ College of Architecture.
