Since you have not registered for COMEDK the only option for a student from outside Karnataka to join BMSCA is through private management quota seat.

According to the Council of Architecture, commerce background students unfortunately cannot take up Architecture course. Only candidates who have the following credentials shall be eligible for admission to B.Arch course.
i. Qualified through the recognized aptitude test in Architecture (NATA or equivalent)
ii. Have gone through any of the following curriculum with marks as prescribed below:
(a) Secured 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate at
10+2 level examination.

To secure admission in Architecture, you need to qualify in NATA or JEE Mains paper 2 exam. The two parts in the NATA exam are aptitude part and drawing part. Aptitude part for 120 marks and drawing part for 80 marks.
