Hello Sham Sundhar,
I can understand the concern and the angst of all the students who have appeared for JEE Mains exam in the round of January conducted by NTA. Let me here state that NTA will declare the results meaning the all India rank or the cut off marks etc. Only after it conducts its second set of exam scheduled to be held in the month of April. The registration for this exam are scheduled to get closed the first week of next month. The combined results of these two will be taken into account for declaration of all these numbers. The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict whether you will qualify for NIT/SPA or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration.

The criteria for admission to VIT is that the candidate should have secured 10+2 or equivalent examination of Central/State Government with 60% aggregate marks and with Mathematics as a compulsory subject of examination. And, 50% for Candidates belonging to SC/ST.
Candidates hailing from Jammu and Kashmir and the North Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura. Certificate to Prove Nativity should be produced at the time of counselling, failing which they will not be considered for admission.

You should have 50% marks in class 12th and 50% in NATA score, minimum to get into architecture. And, that is of 80 score and above. But, to get through Ramaiah, you need around 90% above and rank of 150 minimum.
