CoA will prepare and release the NATA qualifying cutoff online at nata.in. The candidates will be informed about the minimum marks that they need to secure to qualify the examination through the NATA qualifying cutoff. However, the NATA admission cutoff will be prepared by the respective colleges/institutes and released at their official website. Candidates will be required to individually check their preferred college for the cutoff trends.

NATA qualifying cutoff will remain constant for every category. All candidates, irrespective of their category, will have to secure the qualifying cutoff to considered eligible for BArch admissions. However, the NATA admission cutoff will differ for every college and category. As compared to the General category, the reserved category can expect a lower cutoff. Before applying for admissions, the candidates are advised to check the previous year cutoff trends.

The minimum scores that the candidates need to secure for admission into their preferred institute constitutes the NATA admission cutoff. CoA is not responsible for the creation of the admission cutoff. The colleges/institutes will prepare the NATA admission cutoff after considering various factors. It is to be noted that the admission cutoff will be different for every college and category. Candidats are advised to check the previous years' cutoff trends to know the cutoff range for admissions.

The NATA qualifying cutoff is the minimum score that the candidates will have to secure to qualify the entrance examination and be considered eligible for the admission process. CoA will announce the NATA 2025 qualifying cutoff soon, however, as per the previous year trends, it is expected to be 70 marks out of 200. While the qualifying NATA cutoff does not guarantee admission, the candidates will qualify the entrance examination if they meet the cutoff decided by the authorities.

If two or more candidates secure the same score in NATA 2023, then the authorities will follow the tie-breaking guidelines that has been prepared beforehand. Candidates who have secured higher marks in the 10+2th standard qualifying examination will be given a higher rank. However, the admission and merit list criteria will be different for every college. Therefore before applying for admission, the candidates are advised to check the admission guidelines of their preferred colleges carefully.

After the NATA results are announced by the authorities of CoA, the candidates will have two options. First, if the candidate is not satisfied with their obtained scores, then they can apply to attempt the remaining examination sessions of NATA. If the candidate is satisfied with their obtained score or there is no more attempts left, then they can apply for admissions into their preferred institute. Since there is no common counselling conducted by CoA, the candidates will have to apply individually to their preferred colleges/institutes.

In case the candidates are satisfied with their obtained scores in the first session of NATA, and are sure that it will lead to admissions into their preferred institutes, then they are not required to attempt further examination sessions.
