Since the number of seats are very less for architecture and same are your marks, It'll be not possible to get into it. Although, I would suggest you to give MHTCET and other state exams (COMEDK) as there are lots of colleges of architecture in Mumbai and Karnataka. Also, you can try for big private universities. The average of your Boards and NATA scores are accepted For JJ College of Planning and Architecture. With these marks, you are not likely to get into it. Still you have NITs and many other colleges which you can get. Recommendations be NIT Calicut, Kozhikode, BMS College of Engineering, RV College of Engineering, etc. All the best.

You'll not get NITK with these marks. Nor any of the NIT. I would suggest you to go for other private colleges for B.Arch . Moreover, for government, there are least hope with colleges with home state quotas. Best of luck.

This year, the cut-off rank will go down drastically for sure (reason, Besu getting centralized and it won't be admitting students on WBJEE Merit).
70 marks would get you rank around 5 k -6 k. So, it is pretty much difficult making it into architecture , but then miracles do happen.

The minimum score one should have is around 250 or above for getting into CCOA, Punjab (for general). Still, there is very less number of seats (around 50 ), so nothing can be said at concrete. There are though lot of another colleges with similar reputation and you need not to worry, if you get around 250 marks.
