You will definitely get a seat in Vastukala or MBS. An average of 70 or more is treated as a good score and yours is 92/2 + 104/4 = 72
Even I have filled IPU form and my score is 68.85.

Admission in a government college for B.Arch is considered at 90+ in NATA and 300+ in JEE Mains paper 2.
So, you are advised to google the cut-off for govt. institutes.

But here we can't predict which college you may get at this score.
So, you are adviced to Google the cut-off for various institutes.

Admission in IPU colleges for B.Arch is done with 90+ marks in NATA and 250+ in JEE Mains paper 2.
Therefore, your chances are very slim.

hi Akansha congratulations u have cleared NATA as the cut off is 70 this year,but at your score it is difficult to get admission in a good govt. college. u can get more from shiksha college predictor

These are the eligibility criteria for NATA:
Eligibility Criteria
1. Candidates passed/appearing in 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board with Mathematics as one of the subjects (with 50% marks) are eligible to appear in NATA 2017.
2. The candidates passed/appearing in 10+3 Diploma with 50% marks (Mathematics as one of the subjects) recognized by any State/Central government can also apply.
3. Candidates with International Baccalaureate Diploma, passed/appearing, after 10 years of schooling with 50% aggregate marks (Mathematics as one of the compulsory subject) can also apply.
4. NATA score will be applicable for two years only
