If you want to see yourself in topmost architecture colleges of India then you have to score 125+ out of 200.
This exam analyses aesthetic and aptitude test of the candidate.
This is one of the streams in which one can always expect job opportunities.

So let's see what will happen to you but it's a tough competition for you to get admission in MBS.
If we make merit score you will get 137.7 marks which is a good score but most of the highly reputed colleges look for nearly and above 140 marks for admission.
So you have enough chance to get this college, hence don't worry you will be in that college.

Last year, the general rank closes with 975 in the 6th round and for OBC, it's a little higher than general rank so there is a chance for you to get admission in SPA-Delhi.
By the way, you can get SPA-Delhi only on the basis of your JEE paper-2 rank secured and not on the basis of NATA score.
If you don't believe me then you can make it sure on Google or visit SPA Delhi and make an enquiry.

I am sorry to say but there is no option and college available that provide distance learning in B.Arch while you are pursuing any other graduation course. And, I think B.Arch course need a physical presence.
