Hi, First of all congratulations if you are expecting 236 marks in JEE. I am sure you would get a very good ranking and also a good college.

Both the streams have equal scope for those who have sufficient skills and both demand a good level of hard work. So, just look out for your interests.
If you are interested in designing and stuff, you might go for B.Arch.
Else, if technology and science interests you, B.Tech will be preferable.
