Now, you cannot apply for NATA exam because last date for form submission was already over. If you already filled JEE form than through JEE Mains, you can apply for few Architecture colleges for B.arch programme.

I would say it's a blessing in disguise, because you need to be polished before you enter architecture course, maybe you can enroll for a Detailed NATA course, attend workshops on a few interesting things in architecture, maybe visit a few colleges to understand their teaching learning process to choose the best for yourself.
