According to the new rules, NATA exam would be conducted once, that is on 16/04/2017. Anyone desiring to take NATA exam will have to register by February.

Yes, you can. Any person having passed SSC (standard X) or equivalent examination and above can appear for NATA exam. However, only candidates who have qualified an aptitude test in architecture and have secured 50% marks in 10+2 or equivalent examination with mathematics as one of the subjects shall be eligible for pursuing B.Arch course.
